Making a complaint (PSR)
If you have a complaint about the PSR, the first thing to do is complain to the PSR directly. You can find out how to complain by contacting the PSR. In most cases, the PSR must have a chance to sort out the complaint before we can consider it. If you believe that there are exceptional reasons why the complaint should not be considered by the PSR first, you should approach us and explain your reasons.
