How we can help

Under the Complaints Scheme, the Complaints Commissioner may consider complaints about the way the regulators (the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Bank of England) have carried out, or failed to carry out, their roles under the Financial Services Act 2012 (the Act).  She may also consider complaints against the previous regulator (the Financial Services Authority (FSA)).
