Making a complaint

If you have a complaint about one of the UK regulators, you should first read the information on the left of this page to see what we can and can’t help with, how we deal with complaints, and what you should do first before complaining to us.

Once you have submitted the webform, we will contact you within three working days.

Our preferred method is through email or in writing, complainants wishing to provide details their complaint verbally can do so using our answering phone facility. We will aim to assist you in using our service in a way that is most convenient to you. Please see the Contact section for more details.
